Assist the Human Resource Manager with the human resource functions of the program including creating and maintaining personnel files, conducting orientation, and tracking of staff. Performs all duties as required by the Human Resource Manager and Executive Director and other duties as assigned relating to the administrative component including, policy and procedure updates, typing, word processing, faxing, acting as receptionist and other clerical duties.
Minimum requirements are an AA degree or higher in related field preferred. Must have some relevant experience in human resources. The individual must possess a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. The position must have the ability to manage numerous tasks, possess good organizational skills, communicate effectively with co-workers and the public, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a team environment. This position develops, implements, manages, and evaluates customized professional development programs and activities for staff.
