Summary of the Home Educator

The Perinatal Educator works with the pregnant mother and family on their own terms to meet their needs, meet in the home, NSP center or other comfortable place for the expectant mother and family, and will work with the family to build a trusting relationship.

Perinatal Home Visitor will visit twice a month

Perinatal Educator visits

Perinatal Home Visitor will visit twice a month at a place where pregnant woman and expectant family is comfortable (their home, public place, NSP center)

WIC services

WIC is a special supplemental nutrition program that provides nutrition education & counseling, nutritious foods, breastfeeding support and referrals. 

Those Eligible for WIC: 

WIC, Women, Infant and children, New St Paul partners as a Satellite Program, Additional Services provided by the State of Michigan (only open on Thursdays):
