Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, update website content, and oversee creative design.
Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in digital communications, marketing, journalism or any related field. Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance. Experience with content management systems, word processor applications and image/video editing software. Photography and videography are a plus.
